Daisy Girl Scouts: Kindergarten - 1st grade
Daisy Troop 4343
These girls are in Kindergarten. Daisy's start with the basics: making new friends, earning skill-building petals and badges as they embrace the Girl Scout Promise and Law, explore the outdoors, and build upon their successes each year.

Brownie Troop 38257
This 2nd grade Troop are Brownie Girl Scouts that are excited to progress to the next level of Girl Scouts by incorporating the Girl Scout Promise and Law into their actions, leading a meeting with a grownup, and exploring the outdoors. The Troop enjoys learning new things about our community balanced with getting back to nature with the badge and Journey plans. Community service projects and just-for-fun events are planned for this year. This Troop has girls from several different area schools and has fun interacting at meetings.

Brownie Troop 40102
Brownie Troop 40102 is part of the Liberty Hill Service Unit and is composed of 14 girls attending 3rd grade at 5 different area elementary schools. We alternate meetings between badge work and fun activities/field trips. This year our troop is focusing more on service projects to help our community, as well as planning overnight travel/camping across Central Texas. Our troop is interested in serving others in the community, learning through fun new experiences, and go-getting in the outdoors all while making lasting friendships.

Junior Girl Scouts: 4th - 5th grade
Junior Troop 5518
This Troop is in 4rd grade. Girls will work on badges, earning pins and fun patches, camping, crafting, singing songs, learning and practicing the Girl Scout Promise and Law, and making new friends.

Junior Troop 1855
This troop of 13 4th graders love to earn badges and patches, go camping, work on service projects, make crafts and sing songs. They are excited for the new opportunities that come with bridging from Brownies to Junior Girl Scouts. This troop will take another step towards being girl-led and start to brainstorm on a Bronze Award project for next year.

This troop of 5th graders are so excited for this upcoming year. As a troop, they look forward to the increased independence and girl-lead meetings that accompany Junior Girl Scouting. They are an energetic, diverse group, and aspire to follow the example and words of Juliette Gordon Low when she said, "Ours is a circle of friendship united by ideals".

Cadette Girl Scouts: 6th - 8th grade
Cadette Troop 76
These 6th graders have enjoyed their 7 years of being in Girl Scouts. As the girls get older, they are taking on more responsibility in helping to guide their Troop. This year the girls will be picking a GS Badge or an interesting skill a piece to teach our Troop about. It’s going to be so much fun! Some of their favorite recent activities were learning how to zip line, going to Kendra Scott to learn about jewelry making, and touring NASA’s Johnson Space Center. They also love going on cabin camping adventures around our area. They were also able to practice their business skills selling Girl Scout Cookies and Fall Products.

These 7th graders are excited about leading more of their badges themselves. As Juniors, some of their favorite activities were camping at Camp Champion in late summer where they got to kayak, climb rock walls, and do archery. In the winter (early spring), they loved the service unit camping trip to Rocky River Ranch in Wimberly where they got to kayak again and learn some science experiments from the older troops. They also got to take a trip to the beach this summer to celebrate going to middle school.

These 7th graders are a girl-led Troop so the girls lead all the Badges and meetings. A few of their favorite activities have been camping, going to Kalahari, and taking a beach trip to Port Aransas. They had a blast at our fall campout at Camp Champions sleeping in cabins in the trees, kayaking, zip lining, and shooting BB guns. As juniors, they completed their Bronze Award by planting bluebonnet seeds near the LH Sculpture Garden so families could have a safe place to take family pictures.

Cadette Troop 2306
Troop 2306 are 8th graders and are our largest Girl-Led Troop in Liberty Hill. They have done so many wonderful things for our community including planting the community garden at Operation Liberty Hill and caroling at the Bertram Nursing Center. They completed their Bronze award during the pandemic by hosting a Halloween parade in a subdivision in order to collect food donations for a local food bank. Some of their favorite activities they did this year was a sleepover at Sea World, STEM event at I-Fly, Playland Skate Center, and Main Event. The Troop is excited to start planning and fundraising for a trip to the Savannah Georgia and Disney in Florida.

Senior Troop 928
This group of 9th graders is extremely busy with extra-curricular activities but still finds time to have fun and participate in Girl Scouts. They like camping, swimming, playing sports, working on crafts, and visiting new places and trying new adventures. Some activities they did last year were an overnight trip to Sea World, camping at Camp Champions, attending a self-defense class, and getting CPR certified for babysitting. They also may work on badges and like to participate in community events.

This troop of 10th graders love the Girl Scout experience, especially selling cookies and campouts. In the past year, some of the activities that they participated in included: scuba diving, gun handling/safety, ice skating, and a visit to the Wonder Spaces museum. Troop 1333 also helped the Liberty Hill public library with their summer reading program. They are looking forward to visiting new places this year and try new things.

Ambassador Troop 277
Troop 277 are 11th graders who are leaders in our community. They love teaching the younger Girl Scouts about cookie sales, leading lessons at World Thinking Day and have completed several community service projects last year. They collected donations of toiletries for Hurricane Harvey victims and over 200 boxes of potatoes and stuffing for Operation Liberty Hill for Christmas dinners. They even planted a rainbow salsa garden at Hope House of Austin for their Bronze Award. Their favorite activity this year was cabin camping at Camp Champion with a lot of high adventure like swimming, archery, and the high ropes course. They also took a babysitting certification class and ready to put their new skills to work.

These 12th grade girls do annual fundraisers by putting on Tea Parties, Animal Badge days and this year want to put on a carnival! They will all be Senior Girl Scouts this year and are excited to start working on our Gold Award ideas, one of which is purchasing and training a K9 to donate to LHPD! They love to glamp in the Texas National Parks and hope to travel in and out of the country in the upcoming 4 years. One will be going to Costa Rica the summer of 2022! These girls also serve the community and put on a large community Red Ribbon Week event last year complete with a helicopter and dunk tank. They also love adventure and most recently glamped at Jellystone Park, earned their Science of Beauty Badge and are planning a trip to NASA in Houston.
